System Analyst

SYSTEM ANALYST:

• Location: Warsaw (Poland) – onsite
• Specific expertise/DOMAIN: Software development – SHAREPOINT
• Duration: Long Term
• Project Start Date: within max. 3 months from acceptance
• Deadline: Friday, 02/03/2023 3pm CET

Job Description

• Analyze business processes, capabilities, functional requirements and user stories –
• Transfer requirements and user stories into system design and specifications
• Model and document Application and Data Architectures and its elements: logical data model, system roles, use cases, acceptance criteria, system logic and UI prototypes in cooperation with GUI specialist.
• Manage non-functional requirements – Identify options for potential solutions
• Maintain Application and Data Architectures in systems lifecycle
• Present and explain software design to business experts and product owners
• Contribute to systems prototyping by UX designers
• Prepare system documentation and provides presentations and trainings to business users
• Support tests, development, quality assurance, change management

Mandatory Requirements

• Holds minimum a Bachelor’s degree
• Has at least 5 years of relevant professional IT experience
• Has at least 3 years hands-on experience in systems analysis
• Holds OMG Certified UML Professional certificate at intermediate level or equivalent
• Has gone at least 2 times through the complete lifecycle of the software solution
• Knowledge of Application development and Data Architectures and its elements
• Expert in system analysis
• Knowledge of system development methodologies
• Proficiency in using systems modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect
• Has excellent communication skills
• Documents effectively on MS SharePoint
• Hold a English C1 level CERF certificate (please attach relevant certificate)
