We are seeking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Centum Recruitment International is a Recruitment Business based in Sevenoaks, Kent. Our Recruitment Consultants work on IT and Business roles with clients in the UK but also extensively across Europe.

We recruit high calibre IT and Business professionals for Contract and Permanent roles for clients in the UK and Europe ( Banking, Financial Services, Telecoms, Manufacturing ) as well as EU Organisations through our Consultancy Partners.

Our office is situated in an exceptional location with great facilities on the outskirts of Sevenoaks in Kent but we can also offer a mix of remote and on-site working option depending on your experience as a Recruiter and personal circumstances.

About You

We are interested in ambitious individuals who wants to work in an environment where success can be measured and where there is a definite relationship between effort and reward. As a minimum you should have

· Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) and an articulate telephone manner

· Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills

· Competitive, tenacious and resilient

· High energy, ambitious, motivated and target driven

· Team player who can also work alone using own initiative

· European languages are a bonus but not essential

· Previous Recruitment experience, ideally in the IT Sector and with medium to large organisations would be advantageous but not essential.

The Role

· Search for suitable candidates for contract and permanent requirements using in-house and external tools and platforms

· Thoroughly screen and qualify candidates via telephone to achieve accurate shortlists of suitably skilled candidates for consideration

· Effectively and confidently manage the end to end Recruitment process.

· Develop new business and clients in new markets

· We give our consultants a powerful mix of in-house training, 3rd party sales training and one-on-one coaching.

We welcome applications from experienced Recruiters but also from more junior Recruiters looking to take the next step in their career in Recruitment. Applicants with no prior Recruitment experience but a background in sales related roles will also be considered. Base salary is dependent on experience plus an attractive commission structure.
