Job Description
- Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program;
- Understand and interact with related disciplines through committees to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems and services;
- Be responsible for the delivery, quality review and timely submission of the System security deliverables (i.e. System Security Risk Assessment, System Security Plan, System Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan, System PIA, System Data Retention Policy, System Security Implementation Plan and System Test Cases);
- Ensure the consistency of all other deliverables from a security point of view and ensure the overall coordination of the work performed by additional security experts involved on projects;
- Escalate security concerns or non-compliance
- Develop and act as a key stakeholder of the System BCP/DRP process in alignment with the Contracting Authority’s BCP/DRP strategy and framework;·
- Organize regular security awareness sessions to staff members;
- Participate in the proposal, build and testing phases of any new project;
- Provide leadership to the enterprise’s information security organization;
- Assist with the overall business technology planning, providing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and system.
Requirements
- University Degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security and IT jobs;
- Professional security management certification is a plus
- Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, etc.;
- Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams;
- Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services;
- Experience with Cloud computing/Elastic computing across virtualised environments;
- Experience of working in an agile software development environment
- Knowledge of security best practices and tools;
- Experience and willingness of working in an international/multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills;
- Capacity in writing and presenting documents;
- Excellent English skills (both written and spoken)
