Job Description

• Prepare with the different project teams an efficient Work Programme
• Review/monitor and coordinate the Work Programme execution;
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement;
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance;
• Ensure program goals are reached, within time, budget and quality;
• Manage the relationship with the business stakeholders
• Ensure the running of the program governance

Mandatory Requirements

• Master Degree
• At least 3 years of proven expertise in Weblogic, or other JEE container, program or project management
• Good knowledge of Middleware systems (e.g. Weblogic Application Server, Oracle Service Bus).
• Good knowledge of messaging services and platforms (e.g. Java Message Service, Apache Kafka).
• Good knowledge of JEE.
• Knowledge of RDBMS.
• Good knowledge of English
• Ability to understand, speak and write French (B2 level) will be an advantage
• The following certifications would be considered an advantage for the performance of tasks:
• Program Management, Agile, SAFE
