Service Desk Agent

We are currently seeking a Service Desk Agent for along term contract in France. The ideal candidate will fulfill the following:

  • 1st level support for users, applications, systems, networks
  • Incident resolution – If the incident is considered as of a 2nd level support SDA escalates it tothe corresponding team
  • Management of user accounts: AD user and group membership configuration and maintenance for various ICT Services, standard profile configuration for Unified Messaging infrastructure, activities for onboarding and departure of personnel, as well as providing basic peripherals to the users (e.g. headsets, USB disks, monitors etc.).
  • Management of laptop devices (e.g. installation/ maintenance/ troubleshooting/ replacement/inventory of hardware devices, definition of reference OS configurations, installation of operating system and standard software, updates and upgrades of operation systems and standard software, basic antivirus check), installation and configuration of corporate mobile devices(tablets, smartphones)
  • Physical installation, move, removal or preparation of disposal of ICT equipment (containing also desk-phone, video and conferencing equipment), including electrical power, network cables and ports, docking station arrangements (also called proximity services)


  • Bachelor degree with minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
  • AD / LDAP basic management
  • HW/SW inventory management
  • Printers and printing services
  • Excellent analysis and problem solving
  • Prioritizing incidents, requests and changes
  • Familiar with ITIL concepts
  • End user support
  • Workstation and mobile device OS, application and simple
  • hardware support
  • IP-telephony system support
  • LAN cabling and patching
