Business Project Manager

Our client, an International Banking Group in Brussels, is seeking a proactive Project Manager to manage one or more projects within a large and complex business transformation program.

The Project Manager will be:

• Responsible for the project governance
• Responsible for deliverables (on time, on quality), including underlying analysis where relevant
• Leading project boards or steering committees
• Project monitoring and reporting
• Risk and issue management
• Capacity planning and resource management
• Performance management
• Process improvement
• Time management
• Follow-up on project documentation and change control

Candidate requirements:

• Languages: English, French, Dutch
• Education: Masters Degree
• Experience or affinity to banking activities in small to midcap markets

Technical Experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Project Management
• Business Process analysis
• Strong coordination skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Capacity to translate analysis into a clear synthesis
• Translating relevant topics into a strong presentation in Powerpoint

• Ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view) – strategic thinking
