Tasks/responsibilities

  • Perform all tasks in the Programme Management Team for a set of projects (focus on management reporting, team coordination and project controlling)
  • Preparation and moderation of management meetings (from team to board level)
  • Cross-project reporting
  • Ad-hoc management analysis in all project management related areas

Qualifications/required skills

Project management skills

  • Experience in managing IT projects
  • Experience in a programme management function
  • Project Status Reporting on different levels of granularity
  • Dependency Management Skills
  • Risk management experience
  • Project controlling experience (aspects: costs, effort, progress, milestones)
  • Ability to build up and work against targets
  • Expertise with tools for presentation, planning and controlling, risk management, issue tracking (eg. MS Office products)

Technological / Process skills

  • Strong comprehension of software development processes
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure processes

Social skills

  • Ability to communicate with different project stakeholders on all levels
  • Strong analytical and abstract mind
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good team player
