Agile Coach
International banking client based in Brussels seeks an Agile Coach to join the team. You should have at least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably within a Bank environment and some years within Agile
You will have an expert level of knowledge in Business agility and agile portfolio management, Backlog Management and Product Ownership is a great added value for the team, as is experience in Process Management
You must have demonstrable success as an Agile coach. Experience of Strategic Annual Planning across a complex environment would be highly valued. Candidates should have good English plus French and/or Dutch language skills

• Meet with senior stakeholders to understand their requirements
• Provide concrete advice adapted to the client agile context or suggestions for improvement according to objectives
• Delivery-driven, committed to delivering excellent results in a defined timing
• Ability to facilitate and coordinate large transversal ceremonies
• Present and explain findings to any kind of level within the organization, from squad member to senior stakeholders
• Formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections
• Train or coach people affected by change
• Share best practices from own experience on industry, products, etc.
• Undertake short-term or long-term projects to address a variety of issues and need.
The key activities of an Agile Coach are:
• To participate to the further development of the transformation program
• To implement change, aligned with the transformation program (Agile Impulse), throughout continuous improvement activities
• To identify dimensions for operational improvement and leverage on tribes’ expertise to materialize good results
• To coach others in using agile methodologies which bring customer and employee satisfaction and accelerate performance
* To help people get the correct agile mindset and identify ways/initiatives to support this change
• Contributing to the learning board on training journeys and agile techniques
